Pan Roasted Chicken with Root Vegetables

Here is the final result for my "Pan Roasted Chicken with Root Vegetables". It looks gorgeous and tasted fantastic. It took about 40 minutes to prepare - typical for dinner, but it took about 45 minutes to cook.
